However, the car is equipped with two drivers, and they are changing course on the way.” After listening to this, the monitoring staff immediately asked the other party: “There are two drivers who change classes and don’t want to drive. Because during this time period, people are the most sleepy. Therefore, you must ask the driver of a double-decker sleeper bus. Be sure to stop at this time."
"After a lack of sleep, or after a long period of continuous driving, the driver may experience physical phenomena such as drowsiness, weakness in his extremities, inability to concentrate, and even mental deterioration and instant memory disappearance. It is prone to traffic accidents." The monitoring personnel told the reporter that the Road Traffic Law stipulates that driving a motor vehicle should be carried out for 4 hours in a row, and must be stopped for no less than 20 minutes. In addition, the Ministry of Public Security has launched a “three super fatigues” in order to prevent fatigue from driving. In the special rectification campaign, it is strongly advocated that the implementation of double-decker sleeper buses should be stopped between 2 am and 5 am.

At 10:23, the monitoring platform issued another alarm. After monitoring the records, the monitoring staff issued a warning to another dangerous goods company: “Your company’s Su A××××× dangerous goods vehicle stopped at the Sanqiao Expressway for 30 minutes. Please tell the driver about it. Did you stop?” Soon, the other party replied that the car was parked there because of a breakdown and was being overhauled. The driver had placed a warning sign before and after the vehicle.
"This system is not yet available in other cities in China," said Yang Kai, the chief of the Department of Field Administration of the Municipal Vehicle Administration Office, who announced the record of the previous monitoring platform. The reporter saw that the abnormal condition of the vehicle on the road, as well as the time, location, and affiliation of the abnormal situation were all recorded.
